Walk through the tunnel entrance and you are in the most theatrical steakhouse on the Strip. The beef Wellington is the signature and it lives up to the hype, and the steaks are consistently excellent.

Who it is for: the steak purist who wants top-tier Wagyu and dry-aged cuts done by people who clearly know exactly what they are doing. Less theater than Ramsay, more focus on the plate.
Bavette's (Park MGM) - The Vibe Pick
Dark, moody, jazz playing, the kind of room you do not want to leave. The steaks are great, but honestly the experience and the cocktails are half the reason to go.
