Bellagio Fountain Club Sets Its 2026 F1 Chef Roster

The returning names include José Andrés, David Chang, Mario Carbone, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Masaharu Morimoto, Michael Mina, and Michael and Bryan Voltaggio, according to Casino.org. FOX5 also listed Andrés, Chang, Carbone, Vongerichten, Morimoto and Maneet Chauhan among the participants. This is a large group rather than one chef's dinner, so expect stations and small plates, not a single seated tasting menu.

The new additions are what make this year's list more than a replay. Executive chef Eleazar Villanueva will represent Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand. San Francisco chef David Nayfeld of Che Fico is also joining, along with Chauhan, Rhoda Magbitang, Britt Rescigno, Japan's Yoroniku, and Adept Hospitality's Sushi Bar. FOX5 reports that Sushi Bar will serve an omakase experience directly from the chef.

The food headline gets the attention, but the club is also selling a full bar program. Casino.org reported that Shingo Gokan, whose Sip & Guzzle was named North America's No. 1 bar for 2026, is involved alongside New York bars Superbueno and Schmuck. It also named The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, Gymkhana at Aria, Zuma at The Cosmopolitan and Bellagio's upcoming The Corner Store as participants.

That broad lineup explains the format. Instead of asking guests to sit through one formal dinner while cars are on track, the Fountain Club is designed for circulating between food, drinks and viewing areas. FOX5 says MGM has sold out the experience three years in a row, so the audience is paying for the package as much as any individual dish.

The listed starting price is $8,400 per person for all three nights, and Casino.org says that includes access to the chef and bar stations plus viewing areas overlooking the race. The Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix is scheduled for November 19 through 21, so this is a full race-weekend commitment, not a Saturday-only add-on.

That price also makes the limitations clear. It does not solve the rest of your trip. You still need a hotel room, transportation and the discipline to avoid treating an all-inclusive hospitality ticket as a reason to spend without a plan everywhere else. But for travelers who already intend to make F1 their big annual Vegas weekend, it puts a food-first option directly on the Bellagio lagoon instead of in a conventional suite or grandstand.

Book the Fountain Club if the combination is the point: premium track viewing, a long list of chefs, cocktails and the ability to stay in one place through the weekend. The real appeal is convenience at the center of the Strip, not hunting down each participating restaurant separately.

Skip it if you mainly want to see the race. The $8,400 starting point is hospitality pricing, and there are other ticket types for people who care more about the on-track action than a rotating dining program. For everyone else, the chef roster is still useful as a preview of where Bellagio and MGM are putting their attention for race week, even if your plan is simply to watch the lights and traffic from farther down the Strip.
