The Iceland film is gorgeous, all glaciers and waterfalls and black sand, but it feels less connected to where you are. Save it for the double feature if you want both.

It is a perfect bad-weather move. Vegas summers cook you alive and the occasional winter day gets cold and windy. FlyOver is indoor, air-conditioned, and short, so it is a great mid-afternoon reset.
It is also a strong pick for families with kids who are too short or too nervous for the Big Apple Coaster or the High Roller. Most kids around 6 and up love it.
Is It Worth It?
Yes, with conditions. For roughly the price of two cocktails on the Strip you get a genuinely immersive 25-minute experience that the whole family can do together. That is good value by Vegas math.
Skip it if you are doing an actual helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon or the Strip at night. The real thing beats the simulation, and you do not need both.
